Action by the plaintiffs Josephine Klassa and Leo Klassa, her husband, against the defendant Milwaukee Gas Light Company (hereinafter referred to as the Gas Company) to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Josephine Klassa, and for damage to personal property of the plaintiffs alleged to have resulted from the wrongful ignition of gas supplied to the Klassa home by the defendant; and a separate action by the plaintiff (Mrs.) Anna Lepianka against the same defendant to recover for personal injuries also alleged to have been sustained by her as the result of the same wrongful ignition of gas. The two actions were consolidated for trial.
